Squarespace Template Policy

When you purchase a Squarespace template you will be sent a link to accept the template as a new website.

We endeavour to send the link within 2 business days, but please understand that there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have not heard from us after 2 business days, please contact us.

After the template has been added to your Squarespace account, it is your responsibility to add and update content.

You will need to purchase a Squarespace subscription to use the template. Details of plans can be found here.

Refund Policy

Our products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their digital nature. Please be sure to check the demo and features of the template before purchasing. If you have any specific questions regarding a template, please contact us. We aim to answer all enquiries within 2 business days.

Support Policy

As well as the website link, you will be sent guides for customisation of your new website after purchasing a template. We are happy to help if you have any issues relating to the template, install or these guides.

Copyright and Licensing

When you purchase a template from us, you agree that:

• you are prohibited from claiming or promoting the designs as solely you own.

• you are prohibited from reselling the design.

• Ablard Websites owns the rights to the design.

• your completed website may be used in our website or social media for demonstration and promotional purposes.

Squarespace Templates

Purchasing a Squarespace template will provide you with a license to use the template for one website only. If you want to build multiple websites with the same template, you will need to purchase the template again.
