We’ll set up a call to chat through your goals, tech challenges, and the tasks you’d love to tick off.

2. Build Your Tasklist

Once you’ve shared your full list, I’ll estimate how much can be completed in a day.
We’ll agree on a timeslot, sign the contract, and get everything booked in.

3. Prep & Access

Before your VIP Day, I’ll request any access details, content, or assets I need to hit the ground running.

4. Get It Done

On the day, I’ll work through your tasklist and send updates or feedback requests as needed — so you’re always in the loop.

5. Post-Day Support

After your VIP Day, you’ll get 14 days of email support to help with any related questions or follow-up tweaks.

  • That depends on your tasklist. Once it’s finalised, I’ll guide you through everything I need, like content or access details, or logins. You’ll have clear instructions so we can hit the ground running.

  • Yes - I have experience with Squarespace, WordPress and ASP.NET websites. If your website is built on something else, I’m happy to do a bit of research to see if it’s something I can assist, just get in touch with your specific requirements.

  • Absolutely! During the planning phase, I’ll estimate how long each task will take. You’re welcome to book multiple VIP days if needed - we’ll make sure the schedule works for both of us.

  • Definitely - I have a background in both design and development so I can support a wide range of tasks. As long as I’m familiar with the coding language or platform, I’m happy to help with whatever you need.

  • A single VIP day is £500 for a focused, expert-led session to tackle your website to-do list efficiently.

    A 50% deposit is due on booking and the remaining 50% after the day is completed.

  • Yes - I will act as a contributor on your Squarespace website, so you will need to grant me editing permissions.. Don’t worry - I will send step-by-step instructions to make this easy. Depending on the task, I may also need access to other tools, but most platforms offer secure collaboration options without needing to share passwords.

  • I generally recommend avoiding sharing login details where possible - we’ll aim to use contributor access to secure collaboration tools. If you do choose to share a password, I suggest updating it once the work has been completed.

  • I don’t provide email or domain services directly, but I’m happy to help with setup, connection, and integrations - including linking your domain to Squarespace or connecting third-party tools.

  • Absolutely - you have booked me for the day, so I am available to support you. That said, frequent check-ins can slow progress, so I recommend batching questions or feedback to keep things flowing smoothly.

  • We use a shared tasklist so you can see progress in real time. I’ll also send updates after each task is completed or if I need your input, so you’re always in the loop.

  • Yes - you will receive 14 days of email support after your VIP day to help with any related questions, tweaks, or follow-up issues.

  • No problem - just let me know as soon as possible and we can rearrange to a date that works for both of us.
