Get Started

  • Before the design phase starts, I will need you to gather all the text, images and any branding information that you want displayed.

    But don’t worry, you’ll receive my series of content workbooks to help you with this!

  • Cost:

    £750 - 50% due when sign the contracts and the other 50% at project completion

    Timescale:

    • Book at least a month in advance to allow time for prep

    • Prep work due a week before the start of the project

    • Project takes 2 weeks - website launches at the end of those two weeks

How It Works

1. Discovery Call

We’ll chat about your business, website goals, and ideal timeline - making sure this package is the perfect fit.

2. Booking

After our call, I’ll send over your contract, a 50% deposit invoice, and a proposed timeslot to get your project in motion.

3. Prep Work

You’ll get access to my client portal, packed with content workbooks to guide your prep.
This is your chance to gather images, branding, and the words you want your website to share with the world.

4. Design Time

The two-week build begins! I’ll start with your homepage draft so you can review early and feel confident in the direction.
From there, I’ll design the rest of your site using everything you’ve provided.

5. Feedback & Collaboration

This is a collaborative process — I’ll send page drafts throughout, and you’ll let me know what you love (or don’t).
Together, we’ll tweak and refine until it feels just right.

6. Launch & Handover

Once you’re 100% happy, I’ll prep your handover tutorial videos so you can confidently manage your site going forward.
Then we’ll connect your domain and hit publish — your beautiful new website is live!

  • After our discovery call, I will send the next available timeslot. There’s always at least a month between booking and the launch to give you time for prep and planning.

  • No problem -just let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to rearrange your booked slot depending on my schedule and other projects. 

  • Absolutely! The timeline should work for both of us, since you will need time for both prep and feedback. If you have a specific date in mind, just mention it during our discovery call.

  • Yes - throughout the two week build I will send progress updates and I welcome all feedback and change requests during the design phase. If a request goes beyond the package scope (like extra pages or advanced functionality), I’ll let you know and we can quote it separately for post-launch.

  • Absolutely - I encourage all of my clients to keep their websites fresh and up to date. Search engines love active sites and regular updates help your business stay relevant.

    Once your website is complete, I record tutorial videos showing you exactly how to make edits and updates with confidence.

  • I will need all your website content - text, images, and branding, before I can begin the design phase. But don’t worry! Once you have booked your slot, you will get access to my client portal, where my workbooks will walk you through exactly what to gather and how to organise it.

  • No problem, you can use stock photos - just make sure you check the licensing.

    I recommend Unsplash for beautiful, free-to-use images. If you don’t have full branding, I can help you choose a simple style palette with two fonts (for headings and body text) and a colour scheme to keep things cohesive and professional.

  • I don’t offer copywriting myself, so you will need to write your content or work with a copywriter.

  • Definitely - I’ll handle domain connection as part of the final launch process, so your website goes live smoothly and professionally.

  • No - your Squarespace subscription is separate and is paid directly to Squarespace. I’ll guide you through choosing the right plan and setting it up during the process.
